Paul Anderson - Realtor

Paul Anderson, 37, was born and raised in Las Vegas.  Married to April Christensen in 1992, Paul and April have 4 children.  Jacob, 11; Taylor, 9; Jordan, 7; and Joseph, 4.  Paul and April started in real estate in 1999 starting with Single Family rental investments.  That soon grew to small residential development lots.  In 2005, he and his family moved to St. George, Utah and began purchasing land in Washington Fields.  From 2005-2007, Paul worked with investors creating syndicates that purchased over 200 acres between St. George and Cedar City, Utah.  Creating residential lots, gated communities, and papered lot subdivisions to sell to developers ready to turn the dirt.

Paul has experience with investor syndicates, 1031 exchanges, land development & zoning, residential rehab projects, and rental properties.

Paul graduated with honors with a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship. 

Paul enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and is training to earn his private pilot’s license.
