Milo has been active in real estate development and marketing since 1973 in the State of Utah and has been a Principal Broker since 1976 . He moved to Southern Utah in 1980 and since that time has developed and sold dozens of new home communities with lot sales totaling over one billion dollars.
He holds a GRI and FLI designation and serves on various committees in the development and real estate field. He created the firm of River Realty in 1992 specifically for marketing of his new communities, and has now added a Ranch Sales division, a construction company, a development company in Sonora, Mexico and a development office in Kanab, Utah.
His current personal developments include La Estancia in Kanab (350 units on 130 acres), Anasazi Plateau in Springdale (77 private sites on 300 acres adjacent to Zion National Park) and Berryville Hills in Glendale, Utah (37 lots on 37 acres).
